Building a CRM agent that doesn't leak your pipeline
A CRM agent's whole job is to touch sensitive information: deal values, contact details, internal notes about why a prospect went cold. Getting the automation right is the easy part. Not leaking any of that is the part that actually matters.
The agent works on your CRM, not a copy of it
Our CRM agent qualifies leads, updates records, and follows up automatically by operating directly on the client's own CRM data. Nothing gets exported to a separate store for the agent to work from — there's no shadow copy of the pipeline sitting somewhere else to secure.
Follow-ups are logged like any other CRM action
Every message the agent sends and every field it updates is recorded exactly as if a human rep had done it, with the agent's identity attached. If something looks wrong two weeks later, there's a full trail of what the agent did and why.
Where we draw the line
The agent qualifies and updates; it doesn't unilaterally close deals or send anything to a customer that wasn't reviewed in the client's own approval flow, if they have one. Automation should remove busywork, not remove the human judgment calls that were never busywork to begin with.
