Full audit trails: the feature nobody asks for until they need it

No client has ever opened a conversation with "make sure I can audit every action your agent takes." They ask for it the first time something looks wrong and they need to know exactly what happened. By then it's too late to add logging.

What we log, always

Every agent action — every read, every write, every message sent — is recorded with the identity it acted under, a timestamp, and enough context to reconstruct why it happened. This isn't optional per client; it's the same baseline across every agent we operate, HR, CRM, calling, and knowledge base alike.

Logs are for the client, not just for us

Audit trails live where the client can query them, not locked in a dashboard only we can see. If a hospital's IT team wants to know what the scheduling agent changed on a given day, that shouldn't require asking us.

The quiet benefit

Most of the time, nobody looks at these logs. The value isn't in daily use — it's in the fact that the one time something does need investigating, the answer already exists instead of needing to be reconstructed from memory.
