ArcCare ships offline-first sync for multi-device clinics

ArcCare, our encrypted medical-records app for clinics, now supports conflict-resolved sync across multiple devices while remaining fully offline-first. A clinic can keep running — checking in patients, updating charts, booking follow-ups — with no internet connection at all, and devices reconcile automatically once connectivity returns.

Patient records stay encrypted at rest on every device, and there is still no cloud dependency: nothing about a clinic's data touches infrastructure we operate.
