CHU Marrakech's on-call scheduling agent is now live in production

After several weeks of parallel runs alongside the manual process, the automated on-call (garde) roster generator for CHU de Marrakech's Pôle Adulte is now the system of record. The department's monthly schedule is generated automatically from staffing rules, leave requests, and rotation fairness constraints that used to be tracked by hand.

The rollout was staged deliberately: two months of shadow scheduling where the agent's output was checked against the manually built roster before anyone relied on it, followed by a supervised cutover. No patient or doctor data ever left the hospital's own environment during any stage.
