HR agent now handles full onboarding flows, not just Q&A

The HR agent has been extended beyond answering policy questions: it now walks new hires through onboarding checklists, collects required documents, and routes leave requests to the right approver automatically, all grounded in the client's own HR policies rather than generic assumptions.

This shipped first for one client's private deployment and is being rolled out to two more over the coming weeks.
